Since the late 1950’s, when it was known as the Three Rivers Club, the Club has encouraged sportsmanship and goodwill through a variety of activities including AKC licensed Field Trials and Hunting Tests, fun trials, training sessions, and social gatherings.
The Club’s field trial history is rich with a tradition of top-flight competition events. It’s first AKC licensed field trial was held at Lake Manawa in 1970 and won by Saighton’s Sizzler. The Club hosted the 1972-73 National Amateur Championship in Mead, NE. We hold a Spring Field Trial in late March and a Fall Trial in mid-October.
Club membership and activities have flourished recently. Training and field trial participation of many Club members has been rewarded by a number of placements in Puppy, Amateur, and Open Stakes throughout North America.
