ESSCEN Events


  Annual Fall Field Trial November 6, and 7, 2009
Our Fall Trial is planned to be held near Pawnee City, NE. our trial will be Open Friday, Amateur Saturday, with Missouri trial Amateur Sunday and Open Monday. Our judges are Bob Murdock and Bob Krause. Missouri judges are Alex Stewart and Don Mock. We have had good trials in Pawnee city and look forward to another good weekend.
  Annual Club Meeting Sunday, January 10, 2010
Meeting will be held at 2:00 - 4:00 PM. Officers are Steve Beyer, President, Bud Clouse, VP, and Sue Jack, Sect. / Treasurer. Annual dues of $50.00 are due January 1st. Will discuss upcoming events and business related to club. Yearly event chairs will be asigned. About 30 members expected. Contact Steve Beyer for location.
  Spring Field Trial 3/19 and 3/20/2010 with Missouri 3/21 and 3/22/2010
We are going to combine our Spring Trial with the Missouri club and holding a 4 day trial similar to what Kansas/Oklahoma do. Judges will be Dan Tuttle from Ohio and Glen Simon From Saskatchewan. Nebraska's trial will be Open on Friday and Amateur on Saturday. We are looking at grounds south of Omaha, perhaps near Douglas, Nebraska for both trials. Bill Willett is Trial Chairman.
  "Chance" wins the 2009 National Open Championship'
"Chance" owned by Dave and Cathy Adams and handled by Marty Knibbs, (all ESSCEN members) won the National Open Championship in Mayetta, Kansas, December 3rd, 2009. "Slip" owned by Bill and Sue Ellen Willett (ESSCEN members)and also handled by Marty was 2nd. NAFC "Clipper" owned by the Willett's and handled by Bill was awarded a CM. Congratulations!!
  "Clipper" wins 2nd National Amateur Championship
"Clipper" owned by Bill and Sue Ellen Willett and handled by Bill, won his 2nd National Amateur Championship in Pickneyville, Illinois. Judges were Pete Rainey and Kathy Nestor. Clipper joins a very select group of dogs that have won 2 National Championships. He also won the 2007 National Amateur in Wasnington State. Congratulations to Bill and Clipper.
